Ontario will be ‘number one manufacturer’ of electric, battery-operated cars in North America: Premier Ford

When asked about the environmental impact of the Bradford Bypass’ highway construction, Ontario Premier Doug Ford told reporters on Monday that the province will be “the number one manufacturer of electric, battery-operated cars in North America,” adding that the investment will be “one of the largest programs that will reduce greenhouse gases."
