Canada's economy added 31,000 jobs in October with the unemployment rate falling to 6.7 per cent, the fifth month in a row the country has seen improving job numbers. But as Anne Gaviola explains, many industries say the labour market is still seeing issues with some job candidates appearing to "ghost" businesses, not only missing interviews but in some cases, not showing up for the job they were hired to do.
