Former Liberal environment minister Catherine McKenna joins ‘The West Block’ guest host Mike Le Couteur to talk about the upcoming UN climate summit, COP26. McKenna will be there to unveil a new climate initiative with the UN, but says she does not think the goal of limiting global temperature increases to 1.5 degrees will be reached. However, she remains optimistic on nations continuing to work on addressing climate change.
