New Brunswick grapples with COVID-19 outbreaks in long-term care

The situation facing long-term care facilities in New Brunswick is dire as the province’s rapid response team works to assist at least 23 locations with COVID-19 cases. Eleven of those are considered full outbreaks with two or more cases. Nathalie Sturgeon reports.
