Border communities react to U.S. decision to reopen following pandemic closure

The pandemic has hit the tourism hard for communities north of the U.S.-Canadian border. As Sean O’Shea reports, the news that land borders are reopening in early November, for the first time in more than a year and half, is lifting economic hopes for workers and businesses on both sides.
