Peter Dawe, who wrote a positive reference letter for a sex offender, will no longer be working on the military’s response to external sexual misconduct reviews. Vice-chief of the defence staff, Lt.-Gen. Frances Allen, said the decision was made after a discussion with members of the survivor community.
