The Ambassador Bridge connecting Windsor, Ont. to Detroit, U.S., partly reopened on Monday to U.S.-bound traffic about three hours after both sections of the bridge were closed due to an investigation involving possible explosives. A person is in custody of the Canadian Border Services Agency and the U.S. to Canada side of the bridge remains closed.
