Ontario Lt.-Gov. Elizabeth Dowdeswell delivered the province’s throne speech on Monday, which included commitments to fund new hospital beds and ICU beds, as well as hospital builds for the Peel Region. The government also committed to continuing its work to deliver a new hospital for Windsor-Essex.
