Indigenous advocates question attention divide for missing persons

It’s been two years since Canada’s Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women and Girls report was finalized, declaring the situation a “Canadian genocide.” Advocates say the intense attention paid to Gabby Petito’s disappearance in the United States shows more work needs to be done.
