Trudeau says federal supports will ‘kick back in’ if Alberta goes into COVID-19 lockdown

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said on Tuesday that federal supports for businesses and individuals would “kick back in” if Alberta’s government chooses to reintroduce a COVID-19 lockdown, considering rising infection rates. Trudeau said he would speak to Alberta Premier Jason Kenney on Wednesday.
