B.C. says no, for now, to taking Alberta patients during its spike in COVID-19 cases

It looks like B.C. won’t be bailing out Alberta as that province deals with the after-effects of its controversial response to the pandemic. Ted Chernecki tells us why the Minister of Health says B.C. can’t take Alberta patients, if that province’s ICU beds overflow.
