Early morning quiet was shattered by a series of explosions in Havelock today.
A horrific, fatal crash on highway 7 involving a car and two transport trucks, one of which was carrying a explosive materials, has left one person dead.
And the resulting explosions forced a shelter in place order for nearby residents.
