Ipsos polling exclusively for Global News found that 32 per cent of Canadians believe Liberal Leader Justin Trudeau would make the best prime minister, while Conservative Leader Erin O’Toole is at 29 per cent, and NDP Leader Jagmeet Singh is at 25 per cent.
