Unionized workers with the Canadian Border Services Agency officially began a work-to-rule job action. While the workers will still perform their duties “at the bare minimum,” the job action is expected to cause disruptions at postal facilities and commercial shipping ports, and major delays are already being seen at border crossings. Brittany Rosen reports negotiations are still ongoing as the job action takes effect.
