Winds prompt major expansion of evacuations for the White Rock Lake Fire

Concerned about gusting winds fanning the flames of the massive White Rock Lake Fire, a series of new evacuation orders have been put in place in the North Okanagan. The entire Highway 97 corridor from Falkland to Monte Lake has been evacuated along with additional addresses on the west side of Okanagan Lake.
