New evacuation orders were issued for parts of Plumas County, California on Wednesday as the Dixie fire continued to burn. As of Aug. 4 the blaze had reached 428 square miles and was 35 percent contained, according to fire officials. Dramatic footage from Plumas County Search and Rescue on Tuesday showed large flames scorching trees along a highway.
