COVID-19: Canada’s new border rules leave out some fully vaccinated

Canada’s new border rules for fully vaccinated travellers has some people feeling left out. Canadians and non-residents who received another vaccine, such as the Russian-made Sputnik, feel travel remains just as difficult as before the rules were announced because their vaccine is not approved in Canada.
