Miami-Dade County Mayor Daniella Levine Cava gave an update on Tuesday regarding the Surfside, Fla., condo collapse search and rescue mission as it entered its sixth day, announcing that she will be meeting with "subject area experts" to look into the issues of building safety to prevent future tragedies.
