Manitoba’s provincial public health officer Dr. Brent Roussin cautioned residents on Monday over calls for more parts of the economy, like local businesses, museums and galleries to reopen, saying announcements on those would come quicker if more people are vaccinated, but they want to reopen things slowly so as to not risk another wave of COVID-19.
