‘We still have hope’ says Miami-Dade mayor as search and rescue continues after partial building collapse

In the wake of the deadly partial collapse of an oceanfront building in the community of Surfside, Fla., Miami-Dade Mayor Daniella Levine Cava said on Friday that officials “still have hope” that people will be found alive as search and rescue efforts continue.
