N.B.’s top doctor says province ‘did not act in haste’ following move to 2nd phase of reopening

New Brunswick’s chief medical officer of health Dr. Jennifer Russell said on Wednesday that the province “did not act in haste or without due consideration for the safety of New Brunswickers” following its decision to move into the second phase of its reopening plan.
