“This isn’t a fad. This is going to be here to stay,” Cooking with cannabis gaining momentum
Description
June 17, 2021
Cannabis has become pretty mainstream--ever since the legalization of marijuana in Canada. But now it appears to be gaining momentum in the kitchen. But cannabis is not your ordinary ingredient, and requires a certain skill set to cook with. Now a well-known chef and former reality tv contestant is travelling the country teaching his counterparts all about cannabis cuisine.
Klaudia Van Emmerik reports.
