Kelowna’s E-scooter continues to be plagued by problems

It’s more than two months since the City of Kelowna rolled out it’s E-Scooter pilot project and in that time it’s become one of the city’s most controversial topics of the summer. Travis Lowe has the latest after Kelowna City Staff brought forward a much-anticipated report to council on Monday, that dealt with how the program is going and what can be done to improve it.
