Starting Tuesday, passengers arriving at the Halifax airport can get a COVID-19 test kit upon landing. The tests will be a self-swab with Nova Scotia Health staff on site to help. Although the tests are not mandatory, they are highly-encouraged. Alicia Draus has more on what travelers can expect.
