A TikTok video showing an overgrown cemetery in Montreal’s Côte-des-Neiges area has gone viral. As Global’s Phil Carpenter reports, visitors to the Notre-Dame-des-Neiges Cemetery say the problem has gotten worse, in some cases allegedly again seeing unearthed human remains by groundhogs. Union representatives say the problem stems from staff cuts.
