Premier Iain Rankin and Dr. Robert Strang announced a gradual reopening plan for the province on Friday. Beginning June 2, restaurant patios can reopen, the outdoor gathering limit is increasing, and some schools will return to in-person learning. As Elizabeth McSheffrey reports, Nova Scotians are still digesting the four-phase plan, which contains good news for some and unexpected twists for others.
