Enbridge keeps Line 5 pipeline flowing, defying Michigan deadline

Fuel is still flowing through Enbridge's Line 5 pipeline, despite Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer's demand for the taps to be turned off by Wednesday. But as David Akin explains, the legal battle over the 68-year-old pipeline, which transports crude and natural gas liquids from Alberta through Michigan and the Straits of Mackinac to central Canada, is far from over.
