On Wednesday, Alberta Health Services officials and RCMP physically closed the Whistle Stop Café after the central Alberta eatery repeatedly broke COVID-19 health restrictions by staying open and serving customers. As Tom Vernon reports, it's comes as the province pledges to step up enforcement.
