Saskatchewan Premier Scott Moe laid out the three-phase plan to reopen the province as more people get vaccinated. Step one will start once vaccine eligibility will be open to all adults province-wide and three weeks after 70 per cent of residents 40 and older received their first dose. Measures and restrictions will be further relaxed in each step, with the first expected to start in the last week of May.
