Tendercare Living Centre experienced the deadliest COVID-19 outbreak in Ontario. The home had an outbreak plan in writing for months, but when the virus hit, that plan wasn’t used. The New Reality investigates how the outbreak spiralled out of control, infecting all but 5 of the home’s 214 residents, killing 81. Carolyn Jarvis reports.
