Quebec Premier François Legault announced Tuesday that elementary schools will reopen on May 3 in Quebec City and Chaudière-Appalaches, with the exception of Beauce–Lac-Etchemin and part of Bellechasse regions. He also announced the pushing back of Montreal and Laval’s curfew to 9:30 p.m. beginning next Monday.
