Ontario’s chief medical officer of health Dr. David Williams cautioned people on Monday that getting the first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine “doesn’t negate your need to be responsible,” adding that those who have been vaccinated still need to follow public health guidance to protect people who have not been vaccinated.
