Quebec pledges $233 million to combat violence against women

The Quebec government has announced a $223 million investment to combat violence against women. The move comes after a spate of femicides in the province, in which 10 women lost their lives at the hands of their male partners since the beginning of the year. Global’s Raquel Fletcher reports.
