The Willow Inn in Hudson just signed a heavy hitter to its roster. Starting Saturday, Chef Danny Smiles, Winner of Season 1 of ‘Iron Chef Canada,’ will be running the kitchen and managing the inn. For now, Smiles will be offering a take-out menu only but looks forward to expanding its offerings when the pandemic eases. Global’s Tim Sargeant caught up with Smiles earlier today.
