Toronto Mayor John Tory announced on Monday that $5.5 million would be allocated to community services and agencies to help with COVID-19 vaccine engagement in hardest-hit communities. The money will go to 155 agencies to reach out to individuals and groups to address reluctance and hesitancy to get COVID-19 vaccines.
