A low-key funeral for Britain’s Prince Philip is being planned for April 17 at Windsor Castle, after the 99-year-old Duke of Edinburgh died on Friday. As Crystal Goomansingh reports, the service will be limited to royal family members due to COVID-19 restrictions.
