Nova Scotia is relaxing some of its COVID-19 restrictions. Starting tomorrow, travelers from anywhere in Atlantic Canada will be able to visit the province without self-isolating. The province is also loosening restrictions for gyms and retail outlets. Elizabeth McSheffrey reports.
