COVID-19: Ontario health minister outlines what you can and can’t do in ’emergency brake’ shutdown

Ontario Health Minister Christine Elliott on Thursday explained what people can and cannot do during the “emergency brake” shutdown that will start Saturday and last for at least four weeks. It includes no indoor and outdoor dining, only delivery and takeout permitted; capacity limits on retail, and no use of personal care or fitness services.
