Dr. Theresa Tam, Canada’s chief public health officer said on Wednesday that she’s “looking forward” to the fall for easing restrictions and being back to some normality as most people get their both vaccine doses and the “crisis phase” of the pandemic is over. But she added the virus evolution and variants must be watched very carefully but “definitely has hope.”
