Quebec students oppose school reopening amid COVID-19 case surge

A group of students in Quebec have written a letter directed to the ministry of education opposing the decision to reopen schools as the province sees daily COVID-19 variant infections rise with officials reporting over 1,000 cases on Saturday. Elizabeth Zogalis reports.
