Otonabee Region Conservation Authority keeps an eye out for flooding

Over the past few days the Peterborough area has undoubtedly seen some early signs of spring, including everything from sunny skies to chirping birds. But that spring sunshine also thaws the ice and brings an increased risk of flooding to our area. Otonabee Region Conservation Authority CAO Dan Marinigh spoke with Global News Morning Peterborough anchor Noor Ibrahim about the issue.
