The roots of Peterborough connected to women developers, activists & mentors

On International Womens’ Day, we saluted the women builders, developers, settlers, and influencers of our history: the women who were part of building, chronicling and creating Peterborough when Google and international online support groups weren’t available to back you up. We look at the roots of Peterborough’s first hospital, the settling of Ontario, and Peterborough’s first woman mayor (…no, it wasn’t Sylvia Sutherland).
