Toronto and Peel Region’s medical officers of health have warned against moving too quickly and now the Ontario government has agreed with the assessment. It has granted Toronto and Peel Region their request and will move both communities into the grey lockdown of the COVID-19 response framework and end the stay-at-home order. Matthew Bingley reports.
