No injuries have been reported following a barn fire in Cavan Monaghan Township on Friday afternoon.
Around 3:15 p.m. firefighters were called to a barn fire on Bearsmore Road just north of the Peterborough Airport.
Crews received mutual aid from City of Peterborough firefighters.
It’s not believed there are any animals in the building.
Heavy smoke could be seen for several kilometres.
The cause of the fire has yet to be determined.
