Escaping Hitler’s Germany

Betty Grebenshikoff was only nine years old when she and her family managed to escape the Nazis in 1939. She left behind dozens of family members who were killed in Nazi death camps. Betty talks about fleeing Germany when countries like Canada were closing their borders to Jews.
