While providing a COVID-19 update on Friday, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said that new coronavirus variants and the possibility of a third wave will impact whether Canada gets back to normal. The PM was announcing that Canada had secured two million doses of the CoviShield vaccine in addition to the 20 million doses it will receive from AstraZeneca, which was approved earlier in the day by Health Canada.

While providing a COVID-19 update on Friday, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said that new coronavirus variants and the possibility of a third wave will impact whether Canada gets back to normal.
