Since Global News first reported on significant government delays in processing permanent resident applications, dozens of people have reached out from across Canada. The federal government plans to approve more than 400,000 permanent residents this year. But that's little comfort for those who have been waiting for more than a year to have their applications approved. Alexa MacLean has the story.
