While Toronto and Peel Region remain under a stay-at-home order, York Region moves back to the red zone of Ontario's colour-coded restriction framework. The region had most of its businesses reopened Monday, although restrictions of capacity and physical distance rules are still in place. Miranda Anthistle has more on what the changes mean for the residents.
