Toronto’s medical officer of health Dr. Eileen de Villa on Wednesday discussed protocols for the city’s school reopening plan, saying “there are systems in place provided by the province, the school boards and schools, testing partners and Toronto Public Health.” de Villa added that “to reopen, there can only be the rigorous application of best practices.”
