Coronavirus: Quebec’s guidelines for religious gatherings not clear for all congregations

The Quebec government changed its tone Friday allowing indoor religious gatherings of up to 10 people. This comes after places of worship were forced to close their doors earlier this month. But as Global’s Olivia O’Malley reports, the were considered confusing by some congregations.
